1 lb fettuccine pasta
2 oz The Bacon Jams Red Chile & Garlic Spreadable Bacon
1 cup butter
3/4 pint heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions Bring lightly salted water to a boil in a pot. Add fettuccine and cook until al dente. Strain and reserve. Melt butter into cream over low heat in a sauce pan. Whisk in the Romano until melted through. Mix in The Bacon Jams Red Chile & Garlic Spreadable Bacon. Toss the pasta into the sauce. Serve immediately.
